      Small Company with great future

      Pros

      For a small company the owner really tries to provide for the employees. Very clean, people are friendly and great to work with. Benefits are very good and there are 3 plans to choose from. There have been employee and management changes which is scary but the owner has also doubled the size of the building for growth and expansion. Wage is fair with other small manufacturing plants. Lots of change but the plan for the future looks good. Very good 401K program once eligible

      Not much overtime is available, longer wait for company 401K match contribution

      - The office staff and manufacturing team members are extremely friendly, easy to work with, and give valuable insight and training. - Great opportunity to learn and grow for an entry-level position. Valuable insight for gaining industry knowledge and expertise. - Some opportunity and room for growth within individual positions.

      Cons

      - All positions have a clause that you are expected to do whatever additional tasks are assigned to you. In your role, whatever position and department that may be, additional tasks are assigned without additional compensation. - Employees are afraid to ask management for help
