I was the first full-time hire at Vitalis back in October of 2016, when we had a handful of systems sold. We now have 120+ on 5 continents and the biggest in the world at what we do. Installed into facilities that focus on the recreational and medical market, cannabis and hemp. We work with doctors that are making significant strides to help advance research in cancer, epilepsy, Parkinsons', MS, PTSD to name a few. I always say that I work as hard as I can to take care of my wife and daughter, but the fact that we get to help people and make a difference is awesome! We began focussing on the cannabis and hemp space, but over our tenure, our team has evolved in different botanicals and subject matter. One of our owners has said that he is "ferociously protective of our culture" and because of this our ownership and executives have built a fantastic team. We work hard and have a lot of fun here at Vitalis. I've been here for 5+ years and am excited for more!
Cons
In the beginning was very tough because there were only a very few of us. Lots of different jobs and being pushed way outside of all our comfort zones. As we have grown in size and popularity, our sales team has had to manage a tremendous workload. Very heavy at times.
