Small office with great environment. No micromanagement which I loved but it also meant I was responsible for my own success....that can be tough in sales but I enjoyed it.

I only left because my family was relocated to another state.

Support structure in place to assist sales for any size project
401K, medical ,etc are all adequate
I was sad to leave but my spouse relocated to another state. I really miss the people there and the family feel to the company.
Cons
I'm commuting from South Austin and the corporate office is in North Austin so the traffic can be terrible on days where I need to work out of the office.
