Pros
Good hours, can make good money, good people and good management, company believes strongly in promoting from within, learn lots, contests to win cool stuff and gift cards, promotes principles and morales
Cons
Can be stressful, lack of job security during slow seasons, can be difficult and stressful having to learn so much different product knowledge ranging from computers and tvs, to home audio, to vehicle audio and electrical, to appliances (it does get to be a lot).
