      Warm, startup feel at first that quickly transformed into something very different.

      Pros

      - Friendly coworkers - Location is ideal if you don't want to trek into NYC - Interesting projects

      Cons

      - "Normal" work hours are non-existent - Expectations shift often without notice or any form of written record - Zero onboarding process. Figure it out as you go. - Leadership lacks decision-making ability - HR is another very sizable gap

      Best thing about working there… was the people. The understanding.

      Cons

      The worse thing about working there.. was the communication, the constant need for teamwork. I understand teamwork, but it’s bad when other put work in other departments.
