Venture is currently in a growth mode which means change, and lots of it! For those who thrive in an environment where pressure is high and the opportunity to be challenged and make a difference every day, this would be your kind of place. I can't say there haven't been frustrating times, but through all the change and times of chaos and uncertainty, the result has been worth it. If you want a predictable 9-5 job, this probably wouldn't be the gig for you.

Cons

Blended organization through acquisitions has the culture a bit fractured in places with competing technologies and processes. Movement forward towards a more unified company is slower than many would like and can be frustrating. Benefits are ok - not exactly a con - more of a neutral. Benefits are from Taylor Corp and not customized for Venture so difficult to judge Venture on that part.
