Pros
Good health care, good people, higher ups actually care about you as a person, pay is competitive, lots of growth all over the US.
Cons
We are going through some changes with new policies and trainings, I wouldn't say it is a bad thing but can be a lot at times.

Pros
Very good work life balance and a corporate company that actually cares about their employees. Great company with a lot of networking with people in the environmental industry. Internal growth is a key factor in their employment.
Cons
There is a lack of communication that trickles down to the individual branches from higher ups.
