      Pros

      One of the few companies where I’ve seen genuine internal promotions based on performance. Employees are given responsibilities early, which helps in learning and confidence-building. The culture is collaborative, and there’s exposure to different industries and tools. Work-life balance is improving with policies like monthly WFH options.

      Because the company is growing, processes are still evolving in some departments.

      The team is easy to work with and people are generally helpful, which makes a big difference day to day. Theres a lot of learning if you actually put in the effort, especially with the kind of work and clients you get exposure to. The company also takes care of employees in terms of salary and benefits, which is not always the case elsewhere. Overall, it’s a place where you can grow if you want to.
