Having been with V2Soft for over 5 years, I can say the company offers great job stability and a professional work culture. Management is generally supportive and gives you the autonomy to take ownership of your tasks. Opportunities to work with major global clients, which provides excellent exposure to industry-standard processes and technologies. Good work-life balance compared to many other IT service firms.

Cons

Like many large organizations, internal communication between departments can sometimes be slow. Career progression is steady, but you often need to be proactive in seeking out new certifications or internal movements to stay challenged.
