      Great place to work as a host

      Pros

      Being a hostess here was a really positive experience. I enjoyed the layout of the restaurant and friendly staff/ patrons.

      Cons

      Would have to stay late if parties continued dining.

      Pros

      One of the pros to working at this company is that they are family owned so they treat all employees as members of their family. Additionally, they allow you to make your own schedule if you are not a salaried employee. This allows people to work an additional job on the side without any conflict.

      Cons

      However, since it is a catering company and they have many on-call employees you don't always get scheduled on your desired dates, if at all. It was hard to maintain a consistent schedule and income.
