      Pros

      This location treats interns as full time engineers. You get to work on real, mission critical projects. Any project you want to work on and they think is viable, you get to do.

      Cons

      Hot, generally bad location. HR couldn't find anywhere near Pine Bluff for me to live, had to travel from Little Rock every day.
