      Es una compañia en crecimiento, y desarrollo dando las oportunidades de aprendizaje, de evolución profesional y personal. Ademas es una empresa que potencia la cercania y la comunicación lineal.

      Cons

      Las rentas no estan acorde al mercado, ademas al estar en crecimiento aun hay procesos no estandarizados que dificultan una comunicación efectiva ademas de exisitr procesos muy operativos aun.
