      The projects and people are top notch. The company is large enough to have the necessary resources to be efficient on projects and work environment, yet small enough to be nimble and entrepreneurial. Professional and community development is valued and integral within company culture. Your voice and input is definitely heard.

      With an entrepreneurial environment, you have to be able to be willing to adapt quickly and often. Some might see this as a con and some might find this exciting, but knowing what environment you work best in will allow you to excel.
