Pros
No real pros. I got hurt there, reported to HR and was never treated or followed up on. I had to miss 10days, not in a row, with doctors notes due to my injury and they fired me. The owner is a spazz and management does not know what they are doing, as they started the same day I did. The place is outdated and looks like a 1960's office. They don't even provide cofee. I had to buy it for everyone. Everyone quits after 4 months on average. The CFO thinks he is God's gift to women and he is just a creep.
Cons
As stated above. No help finding where files are so I could do my work. I had to train myself for my own job. I knew how to do it, they just did not show me where theyere docs were and hoe they did it. All companies do things fifferently.
