Pros

- Company is focused on solving one of the biggest challenges facing the world today - access to clean water. - The work is super interesting. The products are highly technical and are designed and manufactured right here in our factory in Santa Barbara. - The company is located in beautiful, sunny Santa Barbara, CA. There is a good work life balance. - Company is growing and is making a lot of process, equipment and resource improvements and upgrades - Supportive management and great teamwork among employees, people get along well here and help each other out

Cons

- Small company so resources are sometimes limited. Provides opportunity for employees to wear a lot of hats and be involved in and learn a lot of things. But can sometimes be stressful. - Could do more with professional development and training of their employees. - They treat employees well and like family. But there aren't many fun company or team building events. - History of not holding people accountable. Not attracting and retaining top talent.

Pros

Great company culture and people are very friendly. TriSep was recently bought by Microdyn-Nadir, which is owned by the huge German Mann + Hummel group. The group is pushing for improvements and process perfection, which will eventually lead to lower production costs, increased product quality and improved efficiency. Microdyn-Nadir is investing in process standardization and I see a huge growth in the next couple of years, so I would definitely recommend working here as you will gain good professional experience.

Cons

The existing manufacturing / production space is limited, so improvements need to be very lean and well thought.
