      1. This is one of the best places to learn and grow. 2. The team works with the latest technologies. 3. They have recently expanded into AI development and other cutting-edge innovations. 4. The leadership is exceptional—Director Prashant Telang is extremely sharp, while Team Lead Laxman Fondswant and Server Administrator Suhas Shinde are truly brilliant.

      Cons

      Adapting to the latest technologies requires continuous learning and can take some time for newcomers to adjust.

      1. WFH or Hybrid Work Policy is Excellent 2. Especially if a fresher or even experienced person can learn new technologies with the proper application of it.

      Cons

      There are no cons as such but some of the things can be improved 1. Employee Leave policy can be improved. 2. There are a lot of simultaneous projects going on so more staff should be hired to maintain the quality of the project and reduce stress on an individual person.

      Pros

      I am with TransPacific Software for last 10 years and that says a lot about the company.  I am working as senior system administrator managing TPS's and its client's server infrastructure including AWS servers , DevOps pipeline , Jenkins , Ubuntu CentOS servers etc. The company is professionally managed with supporting environment  for its staff. Good  Work-life balance . 

      Cons

      Considering high work load, I suggest management to recruit more staff .
