Pros
I'm nearly 20 years in as of this posting. The owner is just fantastic. I'm treated like family and it's great to know I'm appreciated. So many jobs and bosses see you as a number and that's a morale killer. I have no plans to ever leave. You'll work hard and be rewarded well for doing so.
Cons
It's not all sunshine and roses, but no job is. The hours can be long and the work can be really stressful. Having said that, if you enjoy problem solving this will be great for you.
