Trak is an excellent company to work for if you are interested in having a flexible schedule. It is a laid back environment with great lay and benefits. It was a stepping stone for me fresh out of college and the management took time to train and teach me properly. Their products are amazing and I got to be part of the team that was creating a new and innovative product that will surely be successful. Management treats all employees fairly and with the utmost respect.

I have worked at Trak Engineering for over 10 years. Trak has provided me growth and opportunity for advancement within the Company. I am thankful for this knowing I always put my best foot forward, and leave the day feeling as if I went above and beyond and it has been noticed by Senior Management. Trak provides a comfortable environment while providing positive feedback and "unusual" accommodations to their employees. By "unusual" I mean - how many employers allow you to bring your young children to work when school is closed? How many employers allow you to bring your pet to work? Trak provides an atmosphere to allow employees to feel at home! The doors are always open!
