      Pros

      The health insurance is really good. It's affordable, and coverage is really good. I really also like my jobs and the friends I've made here. Good team environment.

      Cons

      Lack of base pay raises. There are good incentives to boost your pay, so that helps.

      Supervisors are very accommodating to family life. Great PTO. Co-workers are hardworking and pleasant.

      Pros

      There are a lot of excellent benefits like generous PTO plan, loan forgiveness, great training opportunities and supervision for licensure, learning opportunities and more. Oh, they also have 4/10 workweek option or flexible schedules which is great for parents with kids in schools. Very good health benefits too! Family atmosphere.

      Cons

      The CEO needs to retire, she’s doesn’t support her employees.
