      Pros

      Great company culture with a collaborative, solutions-focused team. Strong position in electronic trading with genuine expertise across the business and good access to senior people early in your career.

      Cons

      Transparency around product roadmap and platform developments could be improved. The scope of functionality releases can feel imbalanced, making it harder to set expectations with clients. Base salary progression can be slow relative to market. The ratio of sales to support staff can feel imbalanced at times, which puts pressure on the front office to fill gaps.
