      Pros

      The company has created a wonderful atmosphere where employees feel truly valued and respected. The office space is designed to encourage freedom and creativity, and the open, collaborative environment promotes teamwork. One of the best advantages is the 4-day workweek system. It allows for a great work-life balance, giving you more time for yourself while still being productive. The leadership trusts its employees, which means you have the autonomy to manage your workload and time effectively.

      Cons

      The building has a beautiful green area that is perfect for relaxation, but unfortunately, it can’t be used as often as we’d like due to the weather.
