      Pros

      Very nice coworkers and bosses. Understanding of strengths and weaknesses and tries to help you become better each step of the way. working here makes you feel like you're a part of a family and definitely doesn't have that typical corporate feel.

      Cons

      work load sometimes gets too much and the deadlines are faster than most places I've worked at, which in return can get a bit stressful
