Tom Howley is a great place to work with a real team feel! The leadership team listens to concerns, actively seeks feedback, and engages employees in discussions to learn what's working and opportunity for change that support the mission and improve the workplace.

I've been with the business for 18 months now and, from day one, I found the culture and work ethos really impressive throughout all departments. Despite its size and the volume of employees, everyone I've encountered has a positive attitude and offered me help and guidance, particularly during my initial adjustment period. Transitioning into a workplace where the Directors are approachable was a breath of fresh air for me. Engaging with the leadership team is very much encouraged. The regular internal communication here is executed really well too. While this is often overlooked in many organisations, it's been prioritised here (including an employee information ‘hub’ with benefits and discount schemes that have helped most of the workforce save money on shopping etc.! A great perk to the job). In my time so far, I've not only gained insights into the workings of the business, but also experienced personal growth within my role. I felt confident in my abilities, however, I've still found ample opportunity to enhance my skill set with the support of the team – I have learnt a lot! It's lovely to work for a brand you can feel proud of.
