      - Challenging and rewarding job: what you develop has a real impact on thousands of customers that use video conference every day - Very flexible work hours. You can work from the office or remotely (not necessarily from home) - Amazing coworkers and great culture. - Free lunch and snacks

      Cons

      - Since there are coworkers all over the world, it's sometimes difficult to sync with people in different time zones. Also, because of this, meetings can sometimes happen at not very convenient times

      Amazing and transparent culture. People here treat each other like families. Lots of fun things to work on. Great work life balance. Amazing lunch and snacks and offsite activities. Managers really care about your career growth.

      Cons

      No more dogs allowed in the building. But I guess you can sneak in one as long as you claim it to be service dog.
