      Pros

      The team is fantastic! They care about the product and making sure the customer is happy. Feedback is taken on board and steps are made to fix problems when they arise.

      Cons

      If you aren't used to remote work you may have a hard time adjusting to the lack of in-person, human interaction, but that is true of all remote jobs.

      Pros

      Working at Toggl has been a very positive experience overall. The culture is genuinely supportive and people-first, and you’re surrounded by smart, thoughtful colleagues who challenge you to grow. There’s a high level of trust and autonomy, which gives you the flexibility to work in a way that helps you perform at your best. The remote setup is well established and contributes to a healthy work-life balance, while still allowing you to take ownership and have real impact.

      Cons

      On the downside, there has been some uncertainty recently due to strategic shifts and changes in direction, which can make things feel a bit unstable at times. Priorities may evolve quickly, so it requires adaptability. That said, there is still strong appreciation for good people, and opportunities remain for those who are proactive and engaged.
