      1. well-built product with 25+ years of software development behind it 2. healthy inbound lead flow; pipeline is 100% SDR-generated 3. fully remote position; high-trust environment

      Cons

      1. rapid modernization efforts have created some internal process friction/inefficiencies 2. enablement to support new-hire ramping & training needs further development and may present challenges for junior sales people

      - Professional development, I feel that I am growing every day and when I make a mistake it is treated as an area to learn and get better - Flexibility, I have had the privilege of working from home remotely - Management, my manager has been amazing and gives an incredible amount of trust to the team and coaches as a mentor rather than a micromanaging approach

      - Autonomy / trust from management - Cool product - Massive market reach (thousands of customers, if not more, and millions of open source installs) - Opportunity to work on SAAS, Freemium and Open source all in one job - Openness to experimentation - Learning culture - Work from anywhere - Flexible hours - Amazingly supportive staff (from all departments)

      Cons

      - Sometimes the hours can get a bit weird with timezone crossovers (though everyone makes an effort to make it less painful - i.e. taking turns having meetings at bad times, recording & sharing meetings, running a couple of meetings for different time zones)
