      Pros

      This is a great place to learn and become immersed in e-commerce and DR marketing. The leadership is fantastic, giving you room to make your own decisions and pitches for the business, while also being available for mentoring.

      Cons

      Sometimes the business feels a little top - heavy, with more directors and VPs than "little guys"... Perhaps if more work were done on site instead of outsourced, it would feel more holistic.
