      Autonomy is Key

      Pros

      I have the freedom to do the job they way I will be able to complete it most efficiently and given the opportunity to have my voice heard when sharing ideas for improvement.

      Cons

      Large work load, I understand that labor costs have to be kept in check but we are growing quickly and would benefit from additional help. However, I am aware of plans to grow our team in the future.

      Wonderful company to work for

      Pros

      This company cares about their employees and customers! When you receive a hand written birthday card every year, signed by all the owners, that is pretty awesome! It's also amazing and rare to work for a company that donates as much as Time Auto Group. I've seen some BIG donations to local charities and that just warms my heart.

      Cons

      I honestly can not think of one single con for TAG.
