Pros

The morale of the company is very strong . You do not see enough companies in the workforce that have this attribute. I was very happy there. Keep trying to get in , it is very worthy of your time to gain a position with this company.

Cons

Project based, so the work does run out eventually. There are options to reapply but even then theres a pro to this con as they give you a two week notice....
