      Pros

      I love the no-nonsense, low politics environment at Throtle. Smart people, moving fast, working with a solid product and tons of growth opportunities. It's great to be in a low-meeting culture too.

      Cons

      It's for the right person - someone who is comfortable seeing things that need to get done, and doing them...comfortable in an low-structure environment.

      Becoming a member of the growing Throtle team, has been a fantastic career move. It is empowering to be surrounded by a team of dedicated and driven professionals, lead by a supportive leadership team.
