      Pros

      You are given many opportunities to excel in your career. Everyone supports each other and wants the best for the company.

      Cons

      Since this is a SaaS company, it has those same challenges that every tech business runs into. If you don't like change, a fast paced environment or helping in whatever way you can to see the company succeed, then you need not apply.

      Pros

      The core group of people from Middle Management, Business Analysts, Developers and QA , where dedicated, hardworking, skilled individuals. Strong bonds of friendship were formed. This group did what ever it took to take care of the client including working some excessive hours for long periods of time.

      Cons

      The highest levels of management forgot the core values of Thinkgate which allowed the company to expanded rapidly. Lost focus on loyal clients that got you to the top in order to chase after what appeared to be high profile clients.
