Pros

The team is friendly and supportive, making it easier to work together and get work done. Managers are approachable and also support me in reaching my goals. Its a diverse workplace. Flexible working and remote options provided recently has helped me a lot in maintaining work life balance.

Cons

Can have some more employee benefits otherwise everything else is well taken care
