Pros

Great culture and people here at ETRAFFIC. Managers are open to talking about all sorts of ideas, approaches, and projects. Hard working management and coworkers. Also a great place to learn and develop your career! Management extremely supports upskilling. Also, a very transparent company. ETRAFFIC did an awesome job of sharing the missions and goals of the company and was successful making sure that employees were aware of what they needed to do to help achieve those goals.

Cons

As company is growing fast, processes sometimes break for some things. If you need a very precisely specified job, with instructions down to the finest detail, ETRAFFIC may not be the best place for you.

Service based company, Which provided Quality service to the clients. We have very well known brands in our clients list. Dedicated team to look after their clients. Well maintained process for delivery of client work. Friendly team members around.

Cons

Since most of them work online, sometime there are issues with the team members related to network & power.
