I work at Skygate and honestly think it’s a brilliant place to be. The atmosphere on site is always positive, and there’s a real sense of teamwork no matter what shift you’re on. Managers and colleagues mix every day, and everyone pulls together to hit targets and support each other. One thing I really appreciate is how inclusive the place feels people from all backgrounds are welcomed, and the culture around diversity and inclusion is genuinely strong. It’s a busy environment, but the engagement is high, the team spirit is great, and it feels like a workplace where you can be yourself and grow.
