      Pros

      I loved how you they had a staggered in-time system. Very modern for their time. I loved that the restaurant was closed on sunday. This may be a con for some servers out there but for most lifers this is a huge benefit.

      Cons

      No group benefits or profit sharing like corporate restaurants. Hard to move up as there are many long tenured servers there. You receive a weekly paycheck which kind of goes against most houses.
