      I loved working at Plum Guide

      Pros

      Great culture! I learnt so much there, even though my time at Plum didn't end in the way I would want, it set me up for the rest of my career in Finance and Beyond.

      Cons

      It's a VC backed start up, it's not always stable and can lead to redundancies, restructuring suddenly as many start ups need to become profitable.

      - Very caring management - Positive team atmosphere - Good benefits, like work from home leave, decent share options for all staff

      Cons

      - They are building something, so hard work and dedication is expected.

      Great people and great product. As an employee you feel valued. Very approachable management team. A great company to develop your career and learn a ton!

      Cons

      Budgets are limited as they are a start up. Some processes are too complex.
