Pros

One of the things I love about this job is how client focused it is. I love coming into work and talking to so many different types of people. I love seeing the progress The Phoenix has one people's lives and knowing I've been apart of that change.

Cons

Since we work with so many different people, things are constantly changing, to make our workplace more efficient and secure. Sometimes that can make things hectic, but I feel the Phoenix is amazing at supporting each other and communicating clearly when things are changing. This kind of work can be very emotionally draining at times though

Gives you a head start in the Psychology field

As a psychology student that is looking to enter into a LCSW program next fall this has been the most amazing job to give me a head start in the field. Management works so well with my school and personal schedule. Plus I have the opportunity to gain a lot of first hand knowledge of the recovery and mental health field. I love being able to see the administrative side as well as interacting with the clients. Seeing the clients transformation is incredible. This is honestly my favorite job. I hope I can grow with in the company throughout my schooling.

Cons

It can be draining mentally, but there is a lot of support from coworkers.
