      Did my internship here out of college. Great place to work.

      Cons

      The only downside is that they no longer have to Corona location. It closed.

      Innovative and flexible. Lean organization with the ability to quickly adjust to changing business and client needs. Engaged in employee focus groups to better understand employee opinions. High growth with emphasis on promoting people from within.

      Cons

      Entrepreneurial company acquired by a well established risk averse organization. Culture differences created conflict. It also became more difficult to get things done.
