Customers trust the company which makes it easy to promote the services they offer. They have competitive deals and rates. Managers are competent and understandable. I remember having to handle family issues and found full support from my direct supervisor. All in all, a positive work environment, good pay and comprehensive benefits.

Cons

When I joined the company, I had a strong sales background but was new to this industry, so there was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning.

Pros

Easy to get in and onboarding is stress-free. I especially appreciate it that my workmates helped me when I was just starting out. Systems are in place to help us work efficiently. Wide selection of products in the payment processing space. And yet, the company continues to innovate. The company’s capability to serve varied industries make the work interesting for me. And I honestly find it fun to talk to our clients from different parts of North America.

Cons

Truthfully, I have no complaints.
