Pros

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Cons

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.

Pros

High producing staffing firm with a lot of great client relationships. Internal culture is collaborative and dedicated.

Cons

There's pressure at times but that is expected with any sales role. The team is good at uplifting those who struggle.

Pros

Fast-paced, action-oriented sales environment that keeps momentum strong Encouragement to take smart risks without fear of failure Culture that celebrates small and big wins consistently Genuine appreciation for coworkers going the extra mile Credit is shared, not hoarded Warm, close-knit culture despite being a profitable, growth-focused business Merit and hard work are truly valued. Actions speak louder than titles Promotions and opportunities are based on impact, not just tenure or seniority

Cons

With a strong bias for action, every process is not fully mature. A lot of opportunity, but it requires flexibility to create new processes and make improvements over time.
