The flexibility working at ICG is amazing, the Team is great and leadership is always trying to help find ways for personal growth and development. The firm is a great place to work and has multiple firm-wide events including a summer family picnic, holiday party, monthly happy hours, team bonding activities, Stress less week for all employees during the end of Busy Season, and so many other small things.

Cons

The off-season could be a slower time, but the partners do a great job at trying to keep us busy!

Pros

Great team, flexible hours and remote options, unlimited sick time, 401k match that vests immediately, fully paid health insurance for the employee. Partners that are growth oriented and have truly committed to making ICG a great place to work. Employee outings and events for team building. No minimum hour requirement for tax season.

Cons

Public accounting is always going to be deadline driven which can be stressful. The company bringing in chair massages, dinners, and promoting a team approach helps!
