      My experience at The Conference Board has been extremely positive. The level of autonomy I’m given allows me to take ownership of meaningful work while continuously developing my skills. It’s a respected and truly unique global organization, offering a rare vantage point on strategic issues that matter to leaders worldwide. I’m fortunate to work alongside highly talented colleagues, from whom I learn every day, and the environment strongly supports personal growth, both professionally and intellectually.

      Pros

      From day one, I felt welcomed and encouraged to contribute. Teams genuinely work together, and leadership consistently reinforces a “we’re in this together” mentality. Colleagues across departments are approachable, knowledgeable, and eager to help, which creates an environment where you can do your best work. Different perspectives are welcomed, and new ideas are genuinely considered. It’s the kind of workplace where employees feel heard, respected, and part of something bigger.
