Pros

Get to meet really interesting people, learn significantly about global affairs and foreign policy, learns in and outs of event planning, client relations, marketing, and PR.

Cons

Limits to professional growth within office. Great job for 2 to 3 years and then can use to transition to another career with international relations and politics field.

Excellent Non-Profit to work for!

Pros

Strong values, teamwork ethic, intentional leadership. They are really setting the bar well for healthy work culture in the non-profit sector.

Cons

the familiar challenges of working for a non-profit; occasional funding limitations, as well as the usual growing pains associate with any fast-growing company. But still worth it!
