Pros

Your co-workers are exceptional and unique and have probably lived a million lives. The gym and its members create the best work environment anyone can ask for.

Cons

The work hours can be super inconsistent but it's also a part-time job. People always come and go, so you need a super dynamic personality to keep up sometimes.
