Pros

Good cause- They teach 3D animation along with therapy sessions for ages 16-24 y.o

Cons

Toxic environment, No benefits, No transparency between management and employees, No real leader to determine the goals of the company and to plan a solid way to achieve this goal.

Pros

Really hard to think of a good thing this company does that doesn't have a caveat attached.

Cons

Terrible communication. They make you travel all over the city, even Staten Island, without any travel assistance offered. The therapists have zero idea how animation works or how time-consuming it is. The students you work with do not like animation, and the participants you work with for the NeON program are scamming the company to receive gift cards. None of your work as an animator is worth adding to your portfolio because you don't get any real time to work on it. It's not even worth it to work there as a therapist cuz they will not make an active effort for you to earn clinic hours. It's honestly a scam for the executives to trick investors and the Mayor's office to get money. They don't pay you nearly enough for animation. They don't pay you AT ALL if you're an intern.
