The reason to work here is this a really good Company for to work, the vibes are very kind, nice, and professional. It's a really beautiful place. The people who work there are very helpful and polite. The wine is extraordinary. The view is amazing if you enjoy of the nature. I can see why TESTAROSSA is the Winery of the year !

After working in the Hospitality Industry for over 13 years, I can finally say I have found my perfect fit for a career. Working here has been a breath of fresh air and has shown that you can work within this industry we all love so much and still enjoy your job. Everyone here is like a family with a blend of such amazing coworkers beside you. Even on the busiest of days, you have someone always offering support and assistance should you need it. The work life balance is also a huge value here, with them encouraging this. Rob and Diana are wonderful proprietors and know everyone by name as they walk through the property to check in on the day in, day out work here. The wine is fantastic and employees get a lovely benefit with wine discounts! What can I say? I am so happy that I stumbled upon Testarossa Winery when I was looking for work after the pandemic and things started to open back up.
