      Pros

      I loved the NOC team and everyone I worked with was serious about technology but even more serious about teamwork. Very strong sense of comradery, you were never alone.

      Cons

      Project management handled poorly at times, communication between project management team and the NOC was less than stellar and created problems with operations.
