Teamwork is everywhere, everyone feels like they're contributing. Everybody listens from the top down, no one's afraid to speak up. Culture is very hip, everyone's at ease thinking freely when creativity is so important.

This is a truly amazing company that has a very open and fun culture. When I was first hired, a big selling point for me was the 'we care about all our employees and clients; past, future and present' mentality. And that still holds true to this day. The company focuses on one of the most amazing industries on this plant, travel and tourism. And their passion for creative and technology make what they do unique. Amazing benefits packages Supportive of a 'work from home' lifestyle Lots of flexibility when it comes to your owns needs
Cons
A remote workforce also has its challenges, not being around people is sometimes difficult. You learn to entertain yourself / look forward to the times where you do travel.
