      Pros

      Friendly team members Cybersecurity Certification paid for Good career starting point night shifts are paid more than normal office hours

      Cons

      no remote or hybrid. only allowed to work from the head office in Blandford Forum Very low salary compared to other companies a lot of night shifts 11 pm to 7am at least 8 times a month need to work weekends most of the time

With the Cyber Operations Service being a 24 / 7/ 365 operation these roles are a combination of early, late and night shifts on rotation in order to support our customers round the clock with advisers based on site at our Headquarters in Blandford.

      Pros

      This is my first full-time job, and I couldn't be happier. Colleagues are very friendly and supportive, and I have been given a tremendous amount of help in kick-starting my career and developing my skills in a fascinating industry. Being able to pursue a degree apprenticeship was a brilliant opportunity, I learned so much and was able to come away with a BSc at the end of it! I have also found work-life balance to be very good here, with flexible management and a drive to ensure employees are happy.

      Very good overall, though communication can be a bit lacking in some areas.
