      Pros

      Great place to work and company moves you up quick as long as your willing to work. The experience was one of a kind and I learned so much

      Cons

      Lots of people lie about what they did or didn't do, lots of sweet talkers and most people spend time figuring out who to blame vs figuring out solutions and workshop them as a team

      It's a nice laid back job. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      The location makes it so you don't get paid as you should for he work that you do. It's good for the experience only. Unexpected random downsizing, Always prepare for worst.

      Pros

      More like a family then a large corporation. With that said Business would be much stonger with less family member and more workers looking out for the business rather then themselfs

      Cons

      Attempting to build business with owners friends rather then co-workers that really had there heart in for the company and not just the paycheck

      We appreciate this feedback. Our company has grown significantly over the last several years. What was once a small family-owned and operated company is now a large operation. Our top executives have all come to us by way of referrals, many from Fortune 500 companies. We feel that we have built a strong management team and support staff who enjoy the fast-paced atmosphere of TSB.
